The “Membership Year” begins on April 1st of any given year, and ends on March 31st of the following year.

You may pay dues at any time during the membership year, but we encourage payment toward the start of the calendar year, each year.

How do I know if I am up-to-date with my dues?

• If you last paid the $40 dues between December, 2024 through November, 2025: Your membership is active through the end of March, 2026.

• If you last paid the $40 dues between December 2025 through the current date, or if you renew membership later this year: Your membership is active through the end of March, 2027.

Paid Members’ Benefits

• Vote for members of the Executive Board

• Vote to endorse candidates for local/state offices

• Vote to endorse ballot measures

• Vote to approve donations to candidates and ballot measures.

• Serve on the AR Dems Executive Board

• Serve on County Democratic Party committees.

• Vote for Delegates to the California Democratic Party

Special Circumstances

Hardship waivers may be granted at the discretion of the Board.
